With telemental health you have the ability to receive treatment in the comfort of your own home. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your privacy is maintained as our services are delivered via a state-of-the-art HIPAA complaint platform entitled iTherapy. Therefore, all of our communication is encrypted, and secured. All communication is conducted through a secured client portal bought to you by TheraNest. We also have a dedicated IT department that can assist you with technical support 24/7/365. Our warm and friendly staff believes in the importance of making you feel comfortable being a client of ours. That is why we believe in taking the time to go over some of your concerns and worries during the initial consultation. We are more than happy to address any concerns/questions you may have.
Please note that if sessions are requested via phone, or chat only, we require a brief interaction via video conferencing in order to verify your identity by matching you with your picture ID before the assessment process can begin. During this initial verification you will choose a password or number which you will use for all future sessions. This process protects you from another person posing as you.
